I want to share my experience with Cloud9 and the fantastic agent Samara.
Before meeting her, I was completely disheartened by the house-hunting process. Every time I viewed a property, I felt like I had to justify myself — explain how much money I had, and hear again and again that it wasn’t enough. I was on my own with a small child and was so close to giving up… until I met Samara.
She met me during the viewing of what would become our future home. I shared my story with her, explained our situation — and she listened. That same evening, she called me and said we had been approved by the landlord. I was over the moon! I couldn’t believe it.

Now we’re here — we’ve moved in, we take care of the house and the garden, and I fall more in love with this place every single day as we make it our own.
